The purpose of these Subscription Terms is to establish the terms and conditions under which you obtain access to the table tennis training materials and AI analysis tools. These Subscription Terms are incorporated by reference in the Terms and Conditions of SpinCoach ("SpinCoach", or "us"), and is part of the agreement between you, user of the website spin-coach.com ("Website"), and SpinCoach.
We may offer an introductory subscription pricing for services provided through the Website. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the introductory period, you will be automatically charged the regular price indicated on the payment screen for the chosen subscription period, and the introductory offer will be converted into a regular subscription.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (1 week, 4 weeks, 12 weeks, or otherwise, depending on the option selected by you at the time of purchase) until you cancel.
Payment will be charged to the payment method you submitted at the time of purchase at confirmation of purchase. You authorize us to store your payment data to the extent necessary to provide you our services and to automatically charge the applicable fees to the payment method that you submit.
Canceling your subscription means that the automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of the then-current period. Note that deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription before the end of the then-current period. You may cancel your subscription purchased on our website in your account settings. Go to your profile, select "Subscription", and follow the instructions to turn off automatic renewal.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we may change subscription fees at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any such pricing changes by posting the new prices on the website and/or by sending you an email notification, or in other prominent way. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel the applicable subscription prior to the change going into effect.
Introductory offers are provided at a significantly discounted rate and are non-refundable. By purchasing an introductory offer, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for the introductory period. If you are unsure whether our service is right for you, we encourage you to review our website thoroughly before purchasing.
For regular subscription renewals (after the introductory period), refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team at support.spincoach@proton.me if you believe you have a valid reason for a refund.
If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement for purchase of digital content without charge and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of such agreement conclusion. However, this withdrawal right does not apply once the performance of the agreement has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ONCE OUR SERVERS VALIDATE YOUR PURCHASE AND YOU GAIN ACCESS TO THE SERVICE. This applies to both introductory offers and regular subscriptions.
SpinCoach provides AI-powered table tennis video analysis, personalized training recommendations, technique scoring, and drill suggestions. The accuracy of analysis depends on video quality and may vary. SpinCoach is a training aid and does not guarantee specific performance improvements.
